with PPO plans and will be happy to help you understand the coverage that

you have. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance

benefits. We will do our best to help you receive your maximum insurance

benefits for all covered services. However, please note that dental insurance

is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your care. Most dental

insurance plans include co-insurance, a deductible and other expenses that

are not covered. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of treatment.  As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies on your behalf. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
